Policies
Reservations: Please reserve your appointment by phone as far in advance as possible. A credit card number (Visa/Mastercard) or gift certificate number is required for all reservations.
Cancellations: Please provide 24 hours advance notice for cancellation, 72 hours for parties of 5 or more. The Asheville Oasis reserves the right to charge for any services not canceled within this time. For "day of" reservations, we require at least 2 hours notice for cancellation.
Spa Parties: The Asheville Oasis is happy to accommodate spa parties for any occasion. Our front desk staff will assist you with any requests and do their best to accommodate your needs. 20% gratuity will be added for parties of 3 or more; also to all spa packages of 3 or more services.
Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are available in dollar amounts or for specific services or packages. They are non refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. All gift certificates are good for one year after the date of purchase and must be presented at the time of service.
Age Requirements: There is no age limit for treatments or services, however a parent or guardian must accompany any client 12 and under into the treatment room. Childcare is not available and children cannot be accommodated in the treatment rooms unless receiving a service.
